When: October 3-7, 2027

Where: Mt. Olivet Conference and Retreat Center, just 35 miles from the Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport. We'll be nestled near a lake among the woods and prairie of the Midwest in the irresistible season of autumn.

What: A lush, in-person training retreat based in the Developmental Model, intended to help get you AND your clients unstuck, and bring the fun back to your work.

Cancellation policy:

Your initial payment is fully refundable until September 1, 2026.

September 2, 2026 - January 31, 2027 - Your fee is refundable minus a $500 cancellation fee.

February 1, 2027 - June 30, 2027 - A cancellation fee of 50% of full retreat price applies.

July 1, 2027-October 3, 2027 - We will not allow refunds after June 30th. If you decide to cancel at this time, full fees apply.

Participants must notify IRI of cancellation in writing via email: [email protected]. Please watch for our reply confirming receipt of your letter and acknowledging your cancellation; that is how you will know your enrollment has been canceled. Our reply is your confirmation of cancellation.

Transfer of registration to another person: Registrations can be transferred in full to another person upon notification to IRI in writing via email: [email protected]. The person who takes your place must fill out the application and be accepted.
