Discover my approach to building relationship skills
through one-on-one interventions
Your client desperately wants a change in their relationship.
But no matter what you say, they can't seem to break their patterns.Â
It can be so painful when your clients are stuck in relational dynamics that you know aren’t serving them. You can talk about it all session long, but when they go home, the same old patterns reassert themselves.Â
It can feel like you're holding more motivation for change than your client is — and no matter what you do, things just go around and around in the same circle.
Let me show you a different way of workingÂ
  – a systemic approach to individual therapy that allows your clients to build relational skills right there with you in session.Â
It’s a simple yet elegant mindset shift, and you’ll be able to put it into practice right away.Â
Whether you work with individuals, relationships, or both, this training will offer you a new way of thinking about how you help individual clients create real change in their relationships and themselves.Â

Meet your presenter
My name is Martha Kauppi. As an educator and AASECT-certified sex therapist, I’ve devoted my career to helping therapists, coaches, and other helping professionals build the skills they need to work effectively with sex issues and complicated relationship dynamics.
I've consulted for many therapists, and I've given deep thought to where it is that even highly skilled and experienced therapists get stuck. This is my solution: a relatively simple mindset shift that will transform the way you work with individuals, whether in individual therapy, in individual sessions as part of couples work, or while focusing on an individual partner during a relationship session.Â
